DESCRIPTION:
DISC is a widely used and validated tool that measures four key behavioral styles: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. By taking a DISC assessment, individuals can discover their own personality profile and learn how it affects their leadership, communication, and personal growth. In this course, you will learn how to use DISC personality profiling as a skill to enhance your role and performance as a fire and EMS instructor.

INSTRUCTOR: ZACH MATTHEWS
Zach Mathews is an experienced speaker, international trainer, and executive coach with over twenty-eight years in public safety. He serves as Planning Section Chief for the Indiana Fire & Public Safety Academy, coordinating statewide executive leadership training including the Indiana Fire Chief's Academy. As a John Maxwell-certified coach and DISC behavioral analyst and experienced interrogator, Zach has led over 100 fire executive leadership courses training thousands of fire service leaders. He leverages his experience training organizations like Google, Armanino Consulting, Indiana Supreme Court, and Century 21 Real Estate to deliver high-energy leadership programs worldwide.
